Aujourd\u2019hui, il ne reste plus aucune trace de leurs villages, construits en terre et bois. Mais heureusement pour nous, les hommes du N\u00e9olithique enterraient leurs d\u00e9funts, laissant ainsi des preuves de leur passage. Cela a permis aux arch\u00e9ologues de d\u00e9couvrir plusieurs tombes en ciste (des coffres en dalles), notamment \u00e0 Pierraz Portay et \u00e0 Chamblandes. Les s\u00e9pultures renfermaient leurs lots de surprises, tels que des bijoux en coquillage, un marteau, une hache et un pectoral en d\u00e9fenses de sanglier, qui nous fournissent de pr\u00e9cieuses indications sur les modes de vie de nos anc\u00eatres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-732 size-full\"
